When you request a quote we collect your name, business name, email address, city or service area, business category, the services you are interested in, what is not working on your current website, and your desired outcome, timing, and preferred contact method. Phone number and current website address are optional. We also record that you consented to be contacted.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a tailored quote, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database that only authorized Midline Digital administrators can read. A notification with the details of your request is sent by email to our business inbox.
Spam protection
The form uses invisible checks, such as a hidden field and submission timing, to filter automated spam. These checks do not collect additional personal information.
Analytics
Website analytics are not active on this site unless and until a measurement tool is configured. If one is added, this policy will be updated to name the tool and describe what it collects.
Connected services
This website is hosted and its data is stored on the Base44 platform, which also delivers the notification email. Those providers process data on our behalf to run the site.
